See the chart below for your choice of colors and available decals! Glitter choices are based on availability.
If you don’t see the decal you want just ask! Simply let your dentist know what you want we will go to great lengths to find it for you. But to be safe please indicate a second choice.
Decals look best in clear or translucent acrylic.
(Custom colors, multiple colors or artwork in acrylic can be done. Additional fees are applicable here. Additional lab time may be required. This selection needs doctor’s approval)
How to order
If this is your appointment to remove braces you may either ask the receptionist for a request form or you may download a form here.
See the chart below and make your selections.
Fill out your request using the order form provided.
Sign it and turn it into your orthodontist at the time of your appointment.
That’s it!
In about a week (in most cases) you will have your appliance!
